Your College Life

When you come to the college camp, you have to share your room with the stranger and sometimes it is very difficult to find a common language with him or her. However, if you want your college life not to be a nightmare, you have to do it.

The first thing you can do is to find out the contact information of your future roomer and to make friends with him or her before the beginning of your study. It will help you to come through the accommodation to each other.

The following thing you have to do is to take a conversation with your future roomer and to speak about the way of life you are going to lead. Make a list of things you demand form each other and find the alternative.

Make a list of duties and rules and imagine the punishment if someone does not act according to the rules.

Do not think that you have to become best friend with your roomer. It is not necessary at all; just try to make your life together during the period of your education pleasant for both of you. If you have some claims to your roomer, do not keep silence.

When you are entering a college as a rule, you move to a camp and for some people it becomes a real torture to accommodate there. If you want this period to be not so awful and painful, I recommend you to do the following things:

•    Go to a summer camp; it will help you to get acquainted with the place you are going to live at. It will help you not to be afraid of that very place; it will help you to get acquainted with the people who will be teaching you and with the people with whom you are gong to study.  If you visit summer camp, your accommodation period is gong to be not so stressful.
•    Buy a map of the country you are going to move. It will help you to know where you can buy all the necessary things, it will help you to orient at the new place somehow, and to become more confident in the stranger country.
•    Contact with your future roomer with the help of the internet and try to make friends. It will save you from the possible difficulties and misunderstandings with your roomer.

Follow my advices and you will not even feel the difficulties of accommodation period.
